Rack Certification to Australian Standards
Racking you inherited with the building often has no load signs, no documentation and no record of what it is rated to hold. We inspect it against Australian Standards and supply the signage that makes it auditable.

What an inspection actually covers
Frame and beam damage, missing safety pins and locks, out-of-plumb uprights, baseplate and anchor condition, beam deflection, and whether the configuration matches what the racking is rated for. You get a written result and a clear list of what needs attention.
Load signs are not optional
Safe working load signage tells anyone on the floor what a bay will carry. Without it, nobody can be expected to load it correctly, and an audit will say so.
Repair or replace, said plainly
Damaged uprights are the most common finding. We will tell you which components can be repaired and which have to be replaced, rather than quoting a full replacement by default.

Common questions
How often should racking be inspected?
Australian Standards expect regular inspection, and more often where forklifts operate in tight aisles. If your racking has never been inspected, that is the place to start.
My racking has no load signs. Is that a problem?
Yes. Without signage nobody on the floor knows the limits, and it is one of the first things an auditor looks for. We supply signage as part of certification.
Complete Storage Solutions for the South Coast.
Pallet Racking
Selective, drive-in, cantilever and tyre racking, supplied new or second-hand and installed by our own team. We measure your site first, so the racking is designed around the stock going into it rather than the other way round.
Warehouse Shelving
Steel shelving for stock that is picked by hand rather than by forklift. Butterfly, rivet, RUT and slotted-angle shelving, from a single bay in a storeroom to a full warehouse run.
Long Span Shelving
Long span sits between shelving and pallet racking: wide bays with no centre upright, so you can store bulky items that will not fit conventional shelving but do not warrant a full racking bay.
Installation
Racking, steel shelving, compactus, flooring and conveyors, assembled by installers trained specifically on this work. There is no job too big or too small.
Relocations
Moving premises, consolidating sites or handing back a lease. We dismantle, stack, strap, transport and reinstall, and we leave the old floor in a state you can hand back.
Repairs
Forklifts hit racking. When they do, the damaged component is carrying load it was never designed to carry. We assess the damage and advise on the best and cheapest way to make it safe.
Trade-Ins
Racking that no longer suits your layout is worth money. We are constantly purchasing second-hand steel shelving and pallet racking, so it can be traded against what you actually need.
