Damage is not always visible from the aisle
A bent upright at knee height is obvious. A twisted baseplate, a stretched anchor or a beam that has taken a hit and sprung back are not, and those are the ones that fail without warning.
The cheapest safe fix, not the biggest invoice
Sometimes a component swap is enough. Sometimes a repair sleeve is appropriate. Sometimes the upright has to come out. We will tell you which, and why, to Australian Standards.

Common questions
A forklift hit a bay. Do I have to unload it?
If an upright is visibly damaged, unload it and stop using the bay until it has been looked at. Damaged uprights fail suddenly rather than gradually.
